All prices on our online store accept payment in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). The price displayed on this website represents the actual price, exclude delivery charged to the rest of the world using Registered Pos Laju with tracking number, and oversea order will be dispatch by (EMS) Express Mail Service via Pos Malaysia with tracking number.
Please be assured of our every effort to ensure the accuracy of the pricing within this site. However, if an error is made and an item is listed at an incorrect price, we maintain the right to refuse to accept further orders and to cancel any orders already placed at the incorrect price. We will notify you when we process your order by sending you an Order Confirmation with the correct pricing invoice via email for your approval.
All current price listed within this site are subject to change without prior notice and we, therefore, reserve the right to change prices displayed for products on our website at any time.
Methods of Payment
PAYMENT TERMS - We accept Paypal, Mastercard, Visa and Amex. Your credit card details and information are secured. Your payments transaction for your order detail will be securely provided by Paypal when you checkout from the product order screen.
If you choose to pay your online order by direct bank transfers or by (TT) telegraphic/wire transfer, we will provide you with an email containing our bank account details. If payments have been made, please provide proof for us to check into our bank account. We will send you an email confirmation after the payment is received, and your order will be processed immediately.
Shipping & Delivery
Amulet City offers worldwide shipping on all items in our online store. All packages are shipped discreetly in plain packaging, carefully packed to ensure your items arrive in good condition. You will receive a tracking number for each package that ships separately.
Malaysia - Domestic Delivery
All orders between West and East Malaysia are shipped using Poslaju. Delivery takes up 2 to 5 business days. Tracking numbers will be provided after we have sent your package. Please note that orders are shipped and delivered on business days only (Monday – Friday) except the first Saturday of the month and public holidays.
For international order, packages will be sent by (EMS) Express Mail Service via Pos Malaysia (unless otherwise specified). Tracking numbers will be provided after we have shipped your package. Please refer to the information given below for the Estimated Delivery Time:

2. Cambodia, Hong Kong, Laos, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam

The estimated delivery time listed applies to major cities only. Delivery to areas outside of major cities may incur additional days. If packets subjected to customs inspection and clearance may incur an extra 48 -72 hours.
Items may be subjected to other control and domestic rules of the destination country. Where such circumstances occur, the sender is advised to deal directly with the relevant authorities in the destination country.
All packages will be shipped by registration packet with tracking for speedy and reliable delivery to the comfort of your home or office.
All orders will be ship out during weekdays except during public holidays. After your package gets shipped, you will receive an email confirmation along with the tracking number. You may track and trace your package from the following link: Click here.
To ensure speedy and punctual delivery of the package, please provide the correct address & contact number.
If your package doesn't show up by the above mentioned days,
1. be sure you entered the correct delivery address that you placed your order, and your mailing address is different from your invoice address.
2. be careful of the package size of your order. Most small packages probably don't fit in the mailbox. Often, your package is at your local post office waiting for you. So be sure that the postman leaves a note saying you have to pick it up at your local post office. You may need to bring that note or identification to pick up the package.
3. sometimes the postmen forget to leave a note, so check directly at your local post office if your package does not arrive by the estimated delivery time stated above.

If your item arrives damaged due to mishandling, we will do our best to refund or replace it quickly and at no cost for you. For fastest service, please notify us within 24 hours after receipt of the damaged item, we will require proof of damage either with digital photos email to us or with ordinary photographs sent by standard mail. We will refund or replace and cover all shipping costs, and If we are unable to replace the item, we may ask that you return the damaged item to us, a full refund will be issued. (If We Do Not Receive Proof Of The Damage Item's Within 30 Days After Delivered, You Will Not Be Able To Have Your Refund Or Replacement From Us).
Amulet City gladly accepts returns policy within 30 days of the original sales receipt of the delivery date. The item must be returned in proper original and unopened packaging. We will not refund for any open package, and not packaged in their original packaging when returned to us. Unless the item it's proved to be fake, we offer 100% of your money back.
We will refund the full amount of your purchase (including return shipping costs). Please make sure the items were in good condition when you received them. If your return does not meet the requirements listed, we will not be able to issue a refund, and the package will be sent back to you.
To receiving your refund, your return item will be verified with all of the conditions that have been met, and you will receive a Payment Confirmation email from us. Refund times depend on the payment method used when purchasing:
● Pay with Credit Card: Credit card purchases will only be refunded to the same card used for the original purchase. Refund times will depend on the card company's policies. We assure you that the currency date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment. Therefore you will not be charged any interest fees.
● Payment with PayPal: The refund will be visible within 24 hours from when you receive your confirmation email (to your credit card account which you sign-in with Paypal).

We focus on offering in good faith with every piece of amulets charted by highly revered guru monks and spiritual masters before it is released from the temples. Overseas Customers: Please note that when once your orders placed, shall not be cancelled when the item has been shipped. When placing an order, you will be responsible for any custom fees, import duties, and other incurred regulations in your country, in which your order will be shipped. These charges are to be borne by the recipient.
