I will not refund any package not packaged in its original packaging when returned to me unless it is confirmed and proven fake.

This amulet was consecrated by Luang Phor Klom in 2022 at Wat Kok U Thong Temple, Prachinburi Province. Phra Pidta has taken on various forms originating from the monk of great fortune known as Sangkajai, who lived during Lord Buddha's era approximately 2500 years ago. Phra Sangkajai has multiple pronunciations in Thai and Pali, indicating the monk's distinction from Lord Buddha in appearance. Upon magically transforming his body, Sangkajai was known as Kawampati.

 

Practically, a Thai amulet user called Phra Kawambodi in the plain word "Phra Pidta," which means the monk lifting his hands and covering his eyes. The amulets are made of metal materials for self-attractiveness, fortune, obscurity, or invulnerability. Nowadays, many temples give their new batch of amulets in many different verbs names to call after the name of Phra Pidta. Phra Pidtawan in Thai, "Phra" means figure; Pid means to close or to cover; tawan means vents or outlets, hinting at controlling those organs by covering them to prevent all sufferings from entering. 

 

Typically, Phra Pidtawan has more than two hands. It is frequently made into 3 - 4 pairs of hands. The first pair covers both his eyes. The second pair covers his ears while the third pair moves downward and bends to cover his anus. And there may be a fourth pair to cover the navel or be fully covered with mantras. The answer is that our sensory perception organs cause the primary gate of all sufferings of humans, that is, eyes, ears, nose, tongue, trunk, and mind. Phra Pidta is an amulet with a monk sitting in a full or half-lotus position and with his hands covering his eyes and face. 

 

This style has become very popular among Thai Buddhists and other Buddhists worldwide. Phra Pidta means closes or covers its eyes in Thai, also known as closed eyes Buddha. It is one of the Thai people's favorite kinds of Buddha amulets. Phra Pidta represents a venerable monk known for deep Samadhi meditation (absorption) during Gautama Buddha's era. This batch of Phra Pidta amulets is consecrated to bring wealth and improve business and abundance apart from Phra Pidta's ability.
