We are pleased to present this powerful Phra Pidta amulet, consecrated by the revered Luang Phor Sawai Sirisampanno at the historic Wat Prasat Phanom Rung in Buriram Province. While Phra Pidta is famous for protection, this specific batch has been specially consecrated to focus on Wealth, Abundance, and Business Success.

The Legend of Phra Kawampati (Phra Pidta). The Phra Pidta image represents a monk entering deep Nirodha-Samapatti (absorption). Historically, this figure is associated with Phra Sangkajai (Maha Kaccana), a disciple of Lord Buddha who lived over 2,500 years ago.

Legend states that Phra Sangkajai was originally born with incredible physical beauty. However, his attractiveness became a distraction to his practice. To focus purely on the Dhamma, he used his supernatural powers to transform his body into the stout, rotund figure known as Phra Kawampati.

The posture shows the monk sitting in a lotus position, using his hands to cover his eyes (and sometimes ears, nose, and other orifices in the Mahauud style). By closing off the sensory organs (eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body, and mind), the monk blocks out all external suffering and worldly distractions.

This posture symbolizes stopping money from flowing out and stopping danger from flowing in. It retains good fortune and keeps the wearer focused and safe.

Purpose of this Batch: While Phra Pidta is often associated with invulnerability (Kong Kraphan), this edition by Luang Phor Sawai places a heavy emphasis on Maha Lap (Great Fortune). It is designed to help the wearer accumulate wealth, improve business negotiations, and ensure a life of abundance free from sensory suffering.
