Luang Pu Tuad – "Ruay Mahar Setthi" (Rich Great Millionaire) Batch, Year 2563 (2020) Temple: Wat Tha Phae, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. Ceremony Location: Consecrated at the holiest site in the South, Wat Phra Mahathat Woramahawihan, Nakhon Si Thammarat. Wat Tha Phae in Nakhon Si Thammarat is a very significant site in the history of Luang Phor Tuad, as it is traditionally recognized as the place where he was first ordained as a novice monk.

 

Proceeds from this batch are dedicated to two noble causes:

 

• To restore religious structures (Senasana) within Wat Tha Phae.

 

• To support the education of monks and novices at the Phra Borommathat Phithak Witthaya School.

Held at the holiest temple of the South, Wat Phra Mahathat Woramahawihan, Mueang District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. Date: Thursday, October 29, 2020 (B.E. 2563). Lunar Date: 13th Waxing Moon of the 12th Month. Time: 1:39 PM (13.39 hrs). Presiding Monk: Phra Thep Winayaporn kindly presided over the ceremony and performed the auspicious anointing ritual.

Luang Pu Tuad is revered as the "Ultimate Monk of Safety" (Phra Nirantarai). His reputation for holiness has been legendary from ancient times to the present.

 

There is a famous saying in the Thai amulet world: "No matter who creates Luang Pu Tuad, it is always holy." It is widely believed that anyone who carries or worships an amulet of Luang Pu Tuad will be miraculously protected, ensuring Klaew Klad (Safety) and survival from unexpected accidents and dangers.
