All domestic orders will be sent via SkyNet Express with the Track & Trace System. An international delivery courier service will be sent via DHL for overseas orders. A tracking number will be emailed to you after the item is shipped. (except rest days and public holidays) Malaysia.

Amulet City gladly accepts a returns policy within 30 days of the original sales receipt of the delivery date. The item must be returned in proper original and unopened packaging. I will not refund any package not packaged in its original packaging when returned to me unless it is confirmed and proven fake. 

 

I will refund the full amount of your purchase (excluding shipping costs). Please make sure the items were in good condition when you received them. If your return does not meet the requirements listed, I will not be able to issue a refund, and the package will be sent back to you.
