Coffin Donation
Having someone to act on your behalf

Due to numerous emails received daily regarding Coffin Donation, and need to respond to them. I am providing an extra service to have someone else act on your behalf in your coffin's donation if you cannot work for yourself. I call them an intercessory prayer. The intercessory prayer will use the donor's full name and provide pictures while he goes through the role of the process. This would also free up your time. Wat Hua Lamphong is a 3rd class Royal Buddhist temple in which people donate coffins for good merit in Bang Rak District Bangkok, Thailand.

WAT HUA LAMPHONG - A Great Place To Make Merit

Everyone deserves a dignified final journey. Sadly, many destitute and elderly individuals pass away without family or the financial means for a funeral. Donating a coffin to the deceased who has no family is considered one of the highest forms of merit. By helping the poor and unclaimed bodies find a final resting place, you are performing a profound act of compassion that brings blessings to you and your loved ones.

Your donation will sponsor a coffin for these individuals, ensuring they leave this world with respect and peace. Your contribution does more than just buy a coffin; it provides dignity and respect to a deceased individual who had no family or means to provide for themselves. Because of you, they will have a proper final resting place.

Happy Donation – Giving makes you happy!

Ruamkatanyu Foundation, Yi De Tang – (義德堂) in Chinese is known for its coffin donation program that works with bereavement care providers to provide free coffin and funeral services to the poor. Millions of people give to charity regularly to support causes they believe in, as well as for the positive effect it has on their own lives. Donating to the causes you care about not only benefits the charities themselves, but it can also be deeply rewarding for you too.

The coffins are meant for the needy and homeless people who cannot afford a coffin to bury their loved ones, e.g., unclaimed dead bodies or unidentified and one with no relative to give them a proper burial. After the donation, the assistant will provide an official white receipt and a pink merit slip where the intercessory prayer will write your name on your behalf and fix the pink merit slip in front of the coffin before praying merit and blessings with your message.

Besides from here, the intercessory prayer will enter the praying hall shrine to offer prayer with some offering to the deities for merit and blessings and burn the official white receipt at the altar incense bowl for the gods, and then you are done. After completing the praying, pictures of the process will be sent to your email.
