This amulet is released by Luang Phor Chan (LP Chan), History of LP Chan, the abbot of Wat Bang Bor temple, Bang Bo District, Samut Prakan Province, formerly known as Chan Rodthong, LP Chan, was born in the reign of King Rama VI, on April 3, 1914, at Bang Pho District, Chachoengsao Province, he graduated Grade 5 from Apai Phitthayakan School (Wat Kaew Phichit temple, Prachin Buri Province. After graduation he returned home to help his parents until he reaches the age of maturity, he ordained as a novice monk at Wat Khlong Suan temple, Ban Pho District, which is in his hometown. After with his studies there, he went to the Wat Niyom Yat temple, also in the Bang Bo District, and later on, in 1967, LP Chan was appointed as the abbot of Wat Bang Bor temple. One year later (1968) LP Chan was appointed as a chief preceptor and also served as an associate dean for approximately two years. In 1971 and he became a counsellor in the same District for many years.
LP Chan had made great progress in his knowledge and realized that studying in Ayutthaya will further and improved more of his studies on Buddhist scriptures. LP Chan in his seventies, held the title of Phra Chao Khun (monks having the highest rank) Phra Chao Khun Mongkhon Warakorn. LP Chan studied the 4 elements of earth, water, wind, fire from Luang Phor Lai, Wat Sao Cha-Ngok, In addition, LP Chan also studied 40 nobility from Luang Phor Chad, at Wat Bang Kaba, and practice meditation to cultivate mindfulness, seeing that everything in this world is impermanent, and understands and accepts this true teaching of Buddhism. We know from our own experience that nothing lasts forever, and everything is temporary. He also learned the basic schemes to calm the mind leading to nirvana and practices the forty prescribed exercises of tranquillity meditation, the intuition of the Lord Buddha who knows the passion of the goddess.
LP Chan is very popular in recent years for creating various types of efficacious sacred objects. LP Chan has been an expert of concentration of mindfulness in the Buddhist way. The Singh Salika (Himapant Lion) were created according to the knowledge of the great Luang Phor Derm at Wat Nong Po temple, for Maha Amnaj, Klaew Klaad, Serm Yos, Kong Grapan and Maha Pokasap Power. LP Chan studied magical knowledge from many guru monks. LP Chan passed away on 10 July 2018 at the age of 104. He is a famous and well-respected guru monk in his province, he ordained for more than 5000 monks within his times spent at the Buddhist monastery. He makes superb magic amulet followed LP Parn of Wat Bang Hia, who was the legendary guru monk for making tiger mantra. Thai Peoples believed that amulets created by LP Chan hold great protection against negative energy and danger, enhancing health, to be freed and saved from evil forces and block disaster. Most importantly, it brings peace to different walks of life.
